CaCO3 coated fiberglass mat is developed especially for building decoration. After coating with calcium carbonate compound, this material can be used for surface covering of gypsum board, acoustic board, thermal insulation board, internal and external wall decoration, etc. The CaCO3 coated fiberglass mat gives the gypsum board, internal & external wall, and thermal insulation board excellent features of fire resistance, waterproofing, break strength, anti-UV, anti-septic, anti-wrinkle, and so on.

Such gypsum board and insulation board together with a building wall can form a new energy-saving environmental protection wall. Because of its excellent features, this kind of gypsum board becomes more and more popular in the market.

Application

Packing & Loading

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL, etc.

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
