Compared with the traditional glass fiber, Young's modulus of carbon fiber is more than 3 times. compared with Kevlar fiber, Young's modulus is about 2 times, and carbon fiber does not swell or swell in organic solvents, acids, and alkalis, and possesses outstanding corrosion resistance.

The carbon fiber surface mat is made of chopped carbon fiber filament by wet molding. It is a new type of high-performance reinforced material. The new wet molding process is used to make carbon fiber thin felt, which has uniform fiber distribution, smooth surface, high air permeability, strong adsorption, and anti-static properties.

Application                                   

Carbon fiber surface felt is widely used in civil, construction, chemical, industrial, aerospace, and super sports car fields.

A: Carbon fiber reinforced plastic

Change the inner and outer surfaces of various glass fiber reinforced plastics to conceal the texture of gauze. Its

softness makes it fit on the surface of complex shaped molded products and gives FRP a smooth and flat surface.

B: Acid and alkali-resistant FRP pipes, storage tanks, chemical containers, and filtration

It is suitable for corrosion of pipes, tanks, tanks, and seawater that are resistant to various concentrated acids and alkalis.

Especially for storage tanks and tanks resistant to hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid. It can be used to filter corrosive

gases or liquids.

C: Fuel cells and electronic components

Electrical conductivity is an ideal material for the manufacture of fuel cells and heating elements.

D: Electronic instrument housing

The prepreg is made of surface felt with a larger weight, and the shell of electronic equipment is molded. The wall is

thin and light, with high strength, rigidity, creep resistance, and comprehensive anti-electromagnetic wave interference

and anti-radio frequency interference functions.

E: Electronics field

Using carbon fiber surface felt to decorate the electronic device area can obtain multiple effects of electromagnetic or

radio frequency shielding, electrostatic protection, and can be used for satellite reflectors.

Packaging

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers. 

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
