In April this year, Sichuan Fiberglass officially launched the capacity expansion and transformation project of the special fiberglass pool kiln production line in the Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials Industrial Park, and simultaneously implemented the conversion to alkali-free fiberglass. It is reported that due to the changes in the composition of the fiberglass raw materials after they were put into production, the conversion project team adjusted the process temperature and the number of burners used in real time according to the changes in the kiln, and successfully solved the technical and process problems such as unstable kiln operation, large viscosity fluctuations, large temperature difference of the leak plate, many impurities, and many broken ends. The successful conversion further expanded the product range of Sichuan Fiberglass and reduced the production and operation risks.
