Production description

Spunbond polyester mat is produced with continuous polyester fiber, a kind of advanced waterproof material, which has very high tensile strength and good elongation. Spunbond polyester mat effects by soaking with bitumen also are used in many fields, such as waterproof bitumen membrane, underground projects, bridge surfaces, waterproofing of tanks, and antiseptic material for building bases.

Applications

1. To be used as substrate material of waterproof bitumen membrane.

2. To wrap the pipeline.

3. To be used as a paving mat to reinforce, waterproof, and anti-crack of the highway, airport runway, and so on.

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

                                                 

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.        

                                                 

Customization
