Product description

Polyester fiberglass mat for wallboard (gypsum board composite Mat) is produced from the mixture of glass fiber and polyester fiber by the wet layout process. The combination of glass fiber and polyester fiber gives the polyester fiberglass mat combined the flexible features of polyester fiber and stability features of glass fiber and made the surface of the mat more comfortable for touching and minimizing the shortcomings of both fibers. The polyester fiberglass mat gives the gypsum board excellent features of waterproofing, break strength, anti-UV, anti-septic, anti-wrinkle, etc. 

This material is specially tailored for the gypsum board/drywall industry. It has easy soakage and good lamination to gypsum wallboard, with a flat and smooth surface. It’s a healthy and environmentally friendly material; all these features ensure efficient production and result in a smooth and highly-qualified gypsum board in this industry. The mat can be in color blue, green, yellow, gray.... as different choice.

Application

For drywall or gypsum board industry and paving material.

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

                                                    

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
