Product Description

Fiberglass Panel is made of fiberglass chopped strands by the wet layout process. 

Fiberglass panel has the features of heat preservation, heat insulation, acoustic absorption, and fire-proofing. The fiberglass panel is laminated with glass fiber through a special process, making the finished products look like a panel. All these features make the fiberglass felt an ideal material to decrease the loss of heat, improve the acoustic environment and keep the building safe from fire. The fiberglass panel is especially suitable for the wall and ceiling decoration of star-rated hotels, or office buildings where a quiet environment is required.

Characteristics

1) Machine continuously made flat panels, no limit on length;
2) Anti-impact: much better stiffness and strength than plastic, due to fiberglass reinforced;
3) Fire resistant: made by thermosetting resin;
4) Mildew resistant: Effectively inhibits the growth of mildew;
5) Easy install: No other tools are needed except for rivet or glue only;
6) Anti-corrosive: stay in good condition immersed in 10% Hydrochloric acid or 3% NaOH solvent for a long time;
7) Easy cleaning: It can be easily cleaned by steam or a high-pressure squirt gun;
8) Extreme temperature resistance: Withstand temperature at -40 -110 degrees C for a long time;
9) Rolled up by machine with 50-100m length as a coil, to save shipping cost.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

 

                                            

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
