Product Description

Fiberglass roofing tissue is produced from chopped glass fiber via a wet layout process. This material features high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and easy soakage by bitumen. The longitudinal strength and tear resistance can be further improved by incorporating reinforcements into the tissue across the entire mat. The substrate, made of fiberglass veil, is resistant to cracking, aging, and rotting. Fiberglass roofing tissue is widely used as excellent substrate material for APP or SBS-modified bitumen membrane.

Fiberglass roofing tissue is also named fiberglass fleece, fiberglass frame material, fiberglass mat, fiber de Verre, and voile de Verre. The customer just sends the specification they need, and we will recommend the most suitable type and samples.

High tensile strength, high tear strength, corrosion resistance, easy soakage of bitumen, and low elongation.

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

                                              

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
