Production description

PVC floor is widely used because of its lightweight, beautiful design, not easy to wear and tear, and easy to operate. However, due to the addition of many filling materials, PVC floor has lower strength and greater brittleness. PVC material has the characteristic that it is easy to cause thermal expansion and contraction, so PVC flooring in a public place such as airport, mall, hotel, hospital, etc., are easy to bubble and hard to get repaired. 

According to this phenomenon, NJEFG developed the PVC impregnated fiberglass mat for PVC flooring. PVC impregnated fiberglass mat is used as stabilizing layer of PVC floor. This material uses a Fiberglass floor mat as the base material and is evenly impregnated with melted PVC.

Since this material is impregnated with PVC, which can make the fiberglass floor mat be fully laminated with PVC layer during the PVC floor production, and make the PVC floor be flat and be very well stabilized, also makes the floor more suitable for heating. Producing efficiency of PVC floor is increased at the same time. 

The fiberglass mat can be 30g/m2, 40g/m2, and 50g/m2 or according to the customer's demand. And the minimum final weight of the PVC impregnated fiberglass mat can be around 120g/m2, the popular weight is 150g/m2 and 250g/m2, and the final weight can be done according to the customer's requirement.

Packaging

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in the intact package when not used to avoid dampness.
