Product description

Polyester fiberglass mat is produced from the mixture of glass fiber and polyester fiber by the wet layout process. The combination of glass fiber and polyester fiber is the key point to understand its performance. After mixing the two fibers together, the polyester fiberglass mat keeps good features of both fibers and minimizes their shortcomings of them.

 

This polyester fiberglass mat is specially designed for drywall/gypsum board manufacturing and paving construction companies. The polyester fiberglass mat features strong tensile strength, moisture-resistant, mold-resistant, formaldehyde Free, and good air permeability with a perfectly smooth surface.

 

This polyester fiberglass mat, specially tailored for the gypsum board/drywall industry, has easy soakage and good adhesion to gypsum, with a flat and smooth surface, healthy and environmentally friendly material; all these features ensure efficient production and result in smooth and highly-qualified gypsum board in this industry.

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

                                                    

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
