Product description

Polyester tissue adopted advanced German wet process technology and selects high-quality imported polyester staple fiber, PP polypropylene staple fiber, ES composite staple fiber, and glass fiber as raw materials to produce different kinds of non-woven fabrics with a weight of 35-120g / m. meanwhile, it can provide nonwoven fabric products with additional functions such as antibacterial, coloring, waterproof, and flame retardant.

Application

Filter material for household appliances (air purifier, vacuum cleaner, etc.), filter material for automobile air conditioners, and carbon scattering composite filter material.

Main product series                                         

1. GL General Series

Polyester ultra-short fiber is selected and manufactured by the wet process. The product has the characteristics of high stiffness, high air permeability, and lightweight. It is a high-quality material for filtering composite bottom cloth.

2. GA Encryption Series

On the basis of the GL General Series, the product does not damage the high permeability and high stiffness characteristics of the product. The ultra-fine fiber is added to make the product pore diameter smaller and the cloth surface uniformity higher, which can be directly used for folding. It is mainly used for primary filtration and is generally used as the support material for the composite process of activated carbon cloth or rubber powder to prevent the leakage of activated carbon particles effectively.

3. Anion polyester tissue

The imported polyester ultra-short fiber is selected and manufactured by the wet process. In the later stage, nanotechnology materials are added through a special processing process. Under the action of air kinetic energy, the product continuously produces negative oxygen ions, which can remove PM2.5, formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC, and other harmful substances in the air. It has a long-term and sustained performance. It also has the characteristics of high stiffness, high air permeability, and the light weight of traditional skeleton cloth. It is an innovative advanced composite material in the filtration industry.

4. GF High rigidity polyester tissue

Polyester ultra-short fiber and imported inorganic fiber are selected according to a certain proportion formula. At the same time, the original GL General Series products are improved in the process to give the products higher stiffness. Under the same use requirements, it can reduce the weight and the use cost of materials. lt also improves air permeability.               

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

                                                    

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
