Product description

Fiberglass mat with PVC impregnation is used as stabilizing layer of PVC floor. 

This material uses a fiberglass floor mat as the base material. It is evenly impregnated with melted PVC, then goes through the curing process.  Since this material is impregnated with PVC, which can make the fiberglass floor mat be fully laminated with a PVC layer during the PVC floor production, and make the PVC floor flat and be very well stabilized.

The fiberglass mat can be 30g/m2, 40g/m2, and 50g/m2 or according to the customer's demand. And the minimum final weight of the PVC impregnated fiberglass mat can be around 120g/m2, the popular weight is 150g/m2 and 250g/m2, and the final weight can be done according to the customer's requirement.

Application

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
