PU leather or silicone leather is applied to the surface of the fiberglass board, which can not only enhance the appearance of consumer electronic products such as mobile phones and tablets, but also provide excellent touch. The fiberglass board can be laminated after molding, or it can be molded in one piece during hot pressing.
Laminating process after molding:
Thermosetting fiberglass board cutting → hot pressing molding → CNC cutting → cutting leather → hot melt adhesive → laminating → CNC finishing → oil edge → finished product

One-piece molding process:
Thermosetting fiberglass board cutting → fiberglass + leather mold lamination → hot pressing molding → CNC finishing → oil edge → finished product

Thermoplastic fiberglass board → leather lamination → cutting monomer → hot pressing molding → CNC finishing → finished product
