Fiberglass mat

The main components of fiberglass are silica, alumina, calcium oxide, boron oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, etc. Fiberglass uses glass balls or waste glass as raw materials to form various products through high-temperature melting, wire drawing, winding, weaving and other processes. The diameter of glass fiber monofilament ranges from a few microns to more than 20 microns, which is equivalent to 1/20-1/5 of a hair, and each bundle of fiber precursors consists of hundreds or even thousands of monofilaments. It is usually used as a reinforcing material in composite materials, electrical insulation materials and thermal insulation materials, circuit substrates, etc., and is widely used in various fields.

The reason why the fiberglass mat can show a very good application effect when it is applied, and has won the favor of many users, is mainly because it is a gasket with many performance advantages.

1. Heat resistance: The glass fiber mat is made of glass fiber material, so it has very good heat resistance. With this performance advantage, the glass fiber mat can be applied in a high temperature environment and is not easily damaged by high temperature. It has a good performance in terms of service life.

2. Corrosion resistance: Also because of the use of glass fiber materials, the glass fiber mat has very good corrosion resistance. When using fiberglass mats, it is less susceptible to corrosion damage and can come into contact with corrosive substances.

3. Insulation performance: Because of the particularity of the material, the glass fiber mat also has good insulation performance, and it is very safe to be used in some equipment that needs to be energized.

Fiberglass mat should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.        

Fiberglass mat will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.
