Raw materials for fiberglass continuous tube wrapping

Reinforcement materials: According to the production requirements of FRP pipes and PVC/FRP composite pipes, the types of reinforcement materials include surface felt, chopped fiberglass mat or needle-punched composite felt combined with surface felt, and twistless roving.
Resin matrix: The resin used for continuous pipe wrapping is mainly unsaturated polyester resin. The requirements for the resin in the continuous tube wrapping process are: appropriate viscosity, easy penetration into the fiber, long gel time, short curing time, low curing exotherm, and small curing shrinkage.

Auxiliary materials: In order to improve the stiffness of the pipe, quartz sand is often added, and the amount added can reach 30% (maximum). Use polyester film as the release agent. Cut the film into strips, the width is twice the width of the steel strip, and wrap and overlap 1/2.
