fiberglass continuous tubes
Compared with fixed-length fiberglass pipes, the glass fiber continuous pipe wrapping process has the following process characteristics:
① Continuous production, easy to achieve automated management and rapid curing, and high production efficiency;
② Less auxiliary equipment is required, especially less molds, and less investment in product replacement;
③The length of the product can be cut at will. Using the longer length (12m or 15m) can reduce the number of pipe joints and reduce the project cost;
④The production process is automated and process parameters are centrally controlled, making it easy to ensure product quality.
Another continuous pipe making process uses a composite process of plastic pipes and fiberglass reinforced plastics, the EPF method. The composite material pipes produced by this method have better anti-corrosion and impermeability than ordinary fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes.
