TLF-500TM Products Of RCF Fiber
TLF500TM series product Is an auxiliary expansion liner. It can provide support by the fiber at low temperatures. In the high-temperature environment, the carrier is provided with sufficient support by auxiliary expanded vermiculite. Compared with conventional expansion liner, it has more balanced support, better anti-corrosion ability, stronger corrosion resistance, and more stable application.
It is made of RCF fiber, organic binder, vermiculite and it will optimize formula structure according to application conditions.
TLF500TM can provide the required pressure at relatively low packaging density, and after long-term use still has sufficient support, corrosion resistance. Fuel, engine exhaust, salt spray, acid, urea, and so on, and belongs to non-hydrophilic products
It can meet the needs of most steam of gasoline/ diesel emission system packaging carriers and adapt to the packaging of different size carriers, especially for the ternary catalytic carrier packaging of diesel engine exhaust gas treatment.

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in the intact package when not used to avoid damp.
