Product description

Fiberglass surface tissue is mainly used for inner and outer surface treatment of FRP products, to make the surface smooth and even. It is suitable for saturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, and phenolic resin. According to the application process, there are three types of surface tissue :

1) Hand lay-up type FRP surface tissue

Hand lay-up type FRP surface tissue is mainly applied in the production of hand lay-up FRP products. It has the advantages of good pattern fitness and quick resin permeating. It is also characterized as covering up the texture of layers, making the surface smooth, and improving the FRP product’s service life.

 

2) Wrap type FRP surface tissue

Wrap-type FRP surface tissue is mainly applied in wrapping FRP pipes and vessels. It has absorbed a great deal of resin and the defendable layer formed on the FRP product surface. It is capable of significantly improving the performance of the surface layer to strengthen a longer lifetime and resistance against corrosion, leakage, and compression．

3) Pull trussing type surface tissue

Pull trussing type surface tissue could improve the strength of the profiled material surface layer. It can ameliorate the capability and avoid cracking of the product.

Application

 

Packing & Loading 

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

    The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL,  etc.

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.                                     

                  

Customization

The product in the above table is the standard type Nanjing EFG CO., LTD is delivering to customers. If the customer wants it in specific unit weight, tensile strength, roll width, and roll length, Nanjing EFG CO., LTD can produce fiberglass mat as per the customer’s requirement, and offer tailored service to customers from different countries.
