Fiberglass mesh cloth is an inexpensive material that does not burn. It is elastic, low weight, and has good strength. It is impregnated with a solution that gives it resistance to alkali plaster. In recent years, fiberglass mesh is becoming more popular in repair and construction, and finishing works.
It has been widely used on facades, ceilings, uneven surfaces, and corners;
It can significantly improve the strength and mechanical properties of surfaces are reinforced;
For reinforcing walls and ceilings during the plastering work.
A: Able to withstand high longitudinal and transverse load;
B: Have a good grip on the mineral binders mixtures;
C: High resistance to stress corrosion and chemical resistance;
D: Easy to install (does not require additional skills);
E: Resistant to high temperatures, temperature range from - 200°C to +550°C, and silica fiberglass,
fabrics up to +1200 centigrade;
G: High electrical insulation properties;
H: Different types of weaves: plain, satin, twill.

How to operate fiberglass mesh on the plaster, gypsum wall, drywall, ceilings...
The base, which is home to plasterwork, must be solid and clean. Remains of old paints, coatings, grease, and dust should be removed. Irregularities of more than 20mm should be filled with plaster composition. Base with high moisture absorption should be primed.
The application of plaster.
The prepared substrate evenly over the entire surface of the plaster is applied notched trowel.
Installation and indentation of glass cloth mesh.
Place the plaster mesh glass cloth on the inner surface in the form of vertical stripes with overlapping webs of at least 10cm, and press into the painting and adhesive mortar with a trowel or spreader. The layer thickness reinforcement should be not less than 3mm.
Mounting angle elements.
Place the corner pieces on plaster, grid pressed into the plaster with a trowel or spatula.
The application of the final layer of plaster.
When completely dry painting and adhesive apply a final coat of plaster.
The device of window and door openings.
Window and door openings are reinforced with additional strips of mesh width of 300mm and installed prior to the application of the first reinforcing layer.
