In terms of "networking", based on the 5G deterministic network, by deploying deterministic industrial gateways, it provides key capabilities such as high-precision time synchronization, TSN protocol cluster traffic shaping, precise gated forwarding, dual-transmission selection and reception, and endogenous scheduling algorithms, so as to achieve safe, real-time and reliable transmission of data of various production equipment in the park; breaking the communication bottleneck of core equipment such as AGV and automatic yarn unwinding robot, so that enterprises can achieve comprehensive connection between people, machines and objects, and achieve a 25% increase in production efficiency, with more than 150 networked devices.

For the high-definition visual quality inspection scenario of fiberglass industry, by deploying 5G network, the real-time transmission of high-definition images is realized, which solves the problem of missed inspection caused by manual inspection and greatly improves product quality.
