Polyester Filter Mat is produced from staple polyester fiber by wet layout process, with the good characteristics. Polyester filter mat is widely used in household appliances filters (air purifier, vacuum cleaner, etc.), automotive air conditioning filters,carbon-spray composite filters, melt-blown composite filters. It can be processed with flame retardant, antibacterial, and coloring

Polyester filter mat is mainly used for the composite base fabric composed of kinds of filter materials, is extremely resistant to wind pressure after being pleated, and will not be deformed even with a large number of air passes.

Characteristics

Good stiffness.

High air permeability and extremely low wind resistance.

After compositing with the melt-blown PP, the test shows that the filtration efficiency of the composited product is increased by 10% and the overall resistance is reduced by 20%, so that

the purification equipment achieves the purpose of energy conservation.

High tensile strength.

The composite material has higher tensile fracture properties, tear-resistance, and bursting

resistance than the mat before compositing, thus greatly improving the service life of the product.

Uses all environmentally friendly raw materials in production, and has passed 161 EU certifications of ROCHE.

It does not use formaldehyde-containing amino binders such as UF, which are harmless to the human body.

Packing & Loading

1. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.

2. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.

The pallet is free of fumigation, fumigation certificate is available.

Delivery

The product will be loaded into a container in the factory. Then be delivered to the seaport, and finally shipped to the Customers' port by MSK, MSC, CMA, COSCO, YANG MING, APL, etc.

Storage

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in a safe package when not used to avoid dampness.
