International Composites Bahrain received the Green Factory Medal from the Kingdom of Bahrain?

Recently, as China's largest investment project in Bahrain so far, Yuntianhua International Composites Bahrain Company has won the "Green Factory Medal" awarded by the Kingdom of Bahrain!
In recent years, International Composites Bahrain Company has continued to promote related improvement work. In terms of waste utilization, Bahrain Company actively carries out the reuse of waste silk and the treatment and transformation of wastewater. Through process optimization, it has achieved 100% reuse of waste silk. At the same time, through the grid + chemical coagulation + biological contact oxidation + ozone + BAF process, all the negative three-meter wastewater of wire drawing is fully reused, and about 16,000 tons of "water resource circulation" can be achieved every month.
As we all know, International Composites is one of the three giants in China's fiberglass industry. After more than 30 years of development, it has built production bases in many places at home and abroad, with an annual production capacity of 1.21 million tons of fiberglass yarn (over 1 million tons in Chongqing). In line with globalization, the overseas layout is extended. In 2011, the company acquired the Brazilian company, expanded its production base overseas, and began to promote its internationalization strategy. The Brazilian company mainly serves the South American market.
In 2014, International Composites acquired 60% of the shares of Bahrain Company and expanded its production base to the Middle East. It is understood that Yuntianhua CPIC Bahrain Company is located in Zone E of Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP). Since the acquisition, it has put into operation one ECT glass fiber tank kiln drawing production line, with a fiberglass production capacity of 95,000 tons/year. On June 22, 2017, local time, another ECT fiberglass production line with an annual output of 70,000 tons of ECT was completed and ignited. The completion and commissioning of Bahrain F02 line ECT tank kiln is more in line with the needs of the European, North American, Middle Eastern, Turkish and Indian markets, and has become a weapon for Yuntianhua CPIC Bahrain Company to capture the European, North American, Middle Eastern, Turkish and Indian markets.
