China’s Fiberglass Yarn Output By Variety in 2023

In terms of types of fiberglass yarns, the total output of various types of alkali-free fiberglass yarns (including high modulus and ultra-fine yarns) is approximately 6.874 million tons, a year-on-year increase of approximately 6.5%; the total output of medium-alkali fiberglass yarns is approximately 348,000 tons. A year-on-year decrease of 16.1%; while the total number of high-performance and special fiberglass yarns (excluding high-modulus and ultra-fine yarns) such as alkali-resistant, high-strength, low-dielectric, special-shaped, composite, body-colored and high-silica, quartz, basalt, etc. The output was approximately 98,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of approximately 11.3%.
